Who We Are
The National Center for College and Career Transitions, or NC3T, has a twofold mission:“Every Learner with a Dream and a Plan, and Every Community with a Capable, Ready Workforce.” The organization works to connect schools, postsecondary institutions, and employers in order to introduce students to the array of options available to them, and to help them prepare for the types of opportunities for which they are best suited.
NC3T provides planning, coaching, technical assistance and tools to help community-based leadership teams plan and implement their college-career pathway systems.
What is PIN?
The Pathways Innovation Network, or PIN, offers invaluable support to further the development and implementation of career and STEM pathways for forward-thinking school districts, career and technical centers, post secondary institutions, employer-led organizations and companies, workforce and economic development providers, and/or regional partnerships of these entities.
By joining an NC3T PIN group, organizations accelerate their efforts to develop scalable and sustainable solutions to strengthen connections between education, employers, and economic development in order to prepare today’s students for tomorrow’s careers.
